Who am I? My name is Jayden and I am a practising Midwife with a passion for antenatal education! Whilst it can be good ‘to go with the flow’ for birth, it is important to know your options and be able to advocate for yourself or partner. I have worked in both the hospital and community settings, so have knowledge on hospital, birth centre and home births. I have worked across four hospitals in the Somerset area, which means I have great knowledge for specific hospitals and I am also aware about policies that can flucutate across hospitals (so these classes are perfect for anyone birthing in UK!).

These classes take place over three evenings, each evening has a comfort breaks and last around 2 hours (the length can vary based on questions and discussions that take place).

Class One: Wednesday 24th August at 6:30pm on natural Labour and Birth.

Class Two: Wednesday 31st August at 6:30pm on interventions and assistance.

Class Three: Wednesday 7th September at 6:30pm on postnatal recovery and feeding.

A week before the classes start we will send out a questionnaire to see if there are specific issues applicable to yourselves or that you feel anxious about. You don't have to respond to this, but we can shape the classes to the groups needs.

There is also a private group on this website for the attendee's of each class, so you can keep on contact if you would like too!

We recommend booking these classes for when you are 26+ weeks pregnant.
